4 cups apples, cored and sliced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
directions
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add apples, brown sugar and salt.
Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until tender -- about 10 minutes. Stir once while cooking.
