Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup water
5 cups sugar

Spoon syrup over potatoes once. Do not stir, because it will break your potatoes up.

It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

I need to make 1 serves can you help me with this
To resize a recipe it works best to divide it in even numbers so I would recommend changing the serving size to "2" instead of 1 (it'll make the measurements easier to follow). Just use the button at the top to change it.
