Broccoli Casserole With Water Chestnuts

ingredients
1 package (38 ounce size) frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup grated yellow cheddar cheese
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 small onion, grated
ritz crackers
directions
Heat cheese, mayonnaise and soup over low heat till cheese melts. Add onion and water chestnuts. Stir sauce together with broccoli.
Place into a buttered casserole dish and top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
