Spicy Cabbage Casserole

ingredients
1 small head cabbage, finely chopped
1 pound lean ground beef
1 package (14.5 ounce size) Mexican tomatoes, undrained
1 can condensed French onion soup
1 cup long-grain rice
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons garlic salt
3 teaspoons chili powder
1 dash cayenne pepper
directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a greased 3-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is no longer pink and rice is tender.
