Loose Cabbage Rolls

ingredients
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 1/2 onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
3 cups vegetable juice (hot and spicy variety recommended)
directions
Brown ground beef; add pepper, onion and celery. Saute until done. Add seasonings and rice.
Alternate layer of meat mixture with cabbage in casserole dish.
Pour juice over, cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
