Easy Meatball Vegetable Soup - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

3 cups beef broth
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 can (14.5 ounce size) stewed tomatoes, undrained
12 frozen fully cooked meatballs, thawed
3 bay leaves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup spiral or other shaped pasta, uncooked

directions

Combine the broth, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, meatballs, bay leaves, and black pepper.

Mix gently. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 3 hours or until the meatballs are heated through.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta as directed on the package. Drain well and add to the crock pot 10 minutes before serving. Mix well. Discard the bay leaves and serve the soup hot.
