1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup red hot candies
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 container (8 ounce size) fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
directions
Combine pineapple and candy. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Stir in marshmallows and whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

I have made this for years. It's my youngest sons favorite. I drain my pineapple very well prior to adding the red hots. It's stiffer and we like it that way better.
