ingredients

1 can (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple, drained
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 container (8 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed

directions

Combine the pineapple, cream cheese, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Beat on low speed with an electric mixer until combined.

Stir in the nuts by hand. Fold in the whipped topping. Cover the bowl and chill until ready to serve.
