Slow Cooker Turkey La Mango

ingredients
1 1/2 pound turkey breast tenderloin
1 green bell pepper, coarse chopped
1 onion, coarse chopped
2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
salt and pepper
garlic powder
directions
Season turkey and brown it in cooking sprayed pan.
Cut in chunks and place in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients (not salt, pepper and garlic - that went on the turkey). Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.

I couldn't find frozen mango but I could get fresh so I used that. The mango turned into sort of a sauce so I took the turkey out and then thickened the sauce a little with cornstarch and served it all over brown rice.
