A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.

It sounds like a good recipe, but I'm confused how to quantify "package of mozzarella cheese slices".
You'll need enough slices to cover the bottom of the bread loaf, then another layer... Ultimately it'll depend on the size of the loaf of bread and how much cheese you prefer.
