Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

The secret ingredient in this stir fry: sauerkraut! Yes, really, sauerkraut. It adds an interesting dimension to an otherwise typical dish.
4 ounces boneless chicken breast
4 ounces medium shrimp, raw
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/3 green bell pepper, sliced
1/3 red bell pepper, sliced
2/3 celery ribs, thinly sliced
1/3 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1 cup Krrrrisp Kraut® or Silver Floss® sauerkraut, well drained
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
Brown chicken and shrimp in oil in a large skillet over high heat for approximately 5 minutes. Push meat to the side of the skillet then add mushrooms, green pepper, red pepper, celery, carrots, sauerkraut, and crushed garlic. Stir-fry vegetables for approximately 3 minutes.
In a bowl combine chicken broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add to the skillet and cook until clear and thickened. Serve over rice if desired.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Sauerkraut in a stir fry sounds kinda odd, but the texture of it is really a lot like bean sprouts. The recipe says to drain the sauerkraut, but unless you really love the tang of it, I recommend also rinsing it. It just overpowered the whole recipe too much in my opinion.
