Love these! They freeze well and make a quick appetizer for company. In my oven it took a little longer to bake. The first batch I cooked and tasted I thought they were so so. Went ahead and cooked another batch and left them in long enough for them to brown a little around the edges and they were great! I put the first batch back in the oven a little longer and they were great too.

There are many similar recipes out there but this is my "go to". I use freshly grated sharp Cracker Barrel cheddar. In addition I add much more cayenne into dough.
