Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

Need a tried-and-true, never-fail cupcake recipe? Then you've come to the right place. This recipe is a classic from Betty Crocker that will give you a perfect cupcake every time. Frost or decorate as desired.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup milk
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat all ingredients in large bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly, until blended, about 30 seconds. Beat on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 3 minutes.
Pour into paper-lined medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches, filling each half full. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.
Immediately remove from pans. Cool completely.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.
