Seafood Waldorf Salad

ingredients
12 ounces canned or cooked seafood (mock crab works fine too)
2 small red sweet apples, unpeeled and chopped
1 stalk celery, diced
2 tablespoons fine chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
salt and pepper, to taste
squeeze of fresh lemon juice if desired
directions
Flake seafood with fork (drain if using canned ). Mix everything to together and chill well.
Serve over a lettuce leaf cup or a filling for a tomato half or avocado.
