ingredients
3 packages (3 ounce size) lemon gelatin, divided
4 cups boiling water, divided
1 can (21 ounce size) lemon pie filling
1 container (9 ounce size) whipped topping
2 cups miniature marshmallows
directions
Dissolve 2 packages gelatin in 2-1/2 cups boiling water. Cool, then add lemon pie filling. Pour into 9" x 13" dish. Chill until firm.
Dissolve remaining package of gelatin in 1-1/2 cups boiling water. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Whip. Fold in whipped topping and mini marshmallows.
Spread on first layer, then chill.
