Corn, Rice and Cheese Casserole

ingredients
1 can (17 ounce size) whole kernel corn, drained
OR
2 cups fresh or frozen corn
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill or basil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cup milk
directions
In an 8-inch square greased baking dish, stir together corn, rice, cheese and dill.
In a bowl beat the eggs, salt, pepper and milk until blended. Pour over corn mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve hot or cold.
