1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded mexican blend cheese
3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
grated green onions
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon dried oregeno
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1 dash hot sauce
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
assorted crackers
directions
In a large bowl beat cream cheese till smooth. Add cheese and remaining ingredients except the parsley. Blend well.
Shape into a ball and roll in parsley. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least overnight.
