1/2 cup dried cranberries PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon ground ginger
8 ounces cream cheese
vanilla wafers
directions
In a small bowl combine cranberries, walnuts and ginger. Combine cranberry mix with cream cheese. Shape into ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
To serve, let stand at room temperature 20 to 30 minutes or until softened. Serve with vanilla wafers.
