ingredients
16 thin slices raisin bread (preferably dark bread)
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 pint strawberries, hulled, sliced lengthwise
directions
Stack bread slices and trim off crusts, if desired. Spread each with a thin layer of cream cheese.
Top half of the bread slices with a single layer of berry slices. Cover with remaining bread slices, making sandwiches.
Cut into quarters, on the diagonal. Chill or serve.
