ingredients
4 ounces light cream cheese or goat cheese
1 cup rose petals
salt and pepper, to taste
8 thinly cut slices wheat bread, crust removed
directions
In a small bowl, combine cheese with 1/2 of the rose petals, wrap well and place in fridge overnight.
Spread cheese on half the pieces of bread and press in remaining rose petals. Place second piece of bread on top and cut into quarters diagonally.
