ingredients
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 package dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 can (10 ounce size) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (4 ounce size) black olives, chopped
1 can (4 ounce size) chopped green chiles, drained
1 red, green, or yellow bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
directions
Combine the cream cheese and salad dressing mix until completely mixed. Fold in the corn, olives, green chiles, and bell pepper. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Let the dip come to room temperature before serving. Serve with chips.
