2 cans (15 ounce size) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1 package (10 ounce size) tempeh, crumbled (or cubed seitan)
1 jalapeno, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (4 ounce size) chopped green chiles
1 tablespoon roasted garlic
1 cup corn, canned or frozen
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked hot paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
fresh ground black pepper
hot sauce, to taste

directions

Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot. Stir well.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours or until heated through.

Stir again before serving; serve hot.
