ingredients
4 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1/2 pound sirloin steak, cubed
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 large kielbasa sausage or mild Italian sausage
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
5 tablespoons chili powder
1 small pickled jalapeno pepper, diced, optional
1 teaspoon cumin
water to cover
directions
Saute meats, onion and pepper in oil in a Dutch oven and drain.
Add garlic, chili powder, jalapeno pepper, ground cumin and water to cover and mix well.
Cover pan and bake in a preheated 325 degrees F oven for 1 hour.
