1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream

Ok, you can't beat how easy this recipe is! And, it's quite tasty. Adjust the sugar as needed (try using Splenda too) based on the sweetness of the strawberries. Can easily use other fruit as well (but keep in mind the sweetness level will vary greatly depending on which fruit you use). Ice cream is ready in about 5 minutes.
