1 bag (16 ounce size) frozen whole strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Serve immediately for a soft ice cream or place in a covered container in the freezer until frozen solid.

Ok, you can't beat how easy this recipe is! And, it's quite tasty. Adjust the sugar as needed (try using Splenda too) based on the sweetness of the strawberries. Can easily use other fruit as well (but keep in mind the sweetness level will vary greatly depending on which fruit you use). Ice cream is ready in about 5 minutes.
