It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Take your favorite potato chips and dip them in melted chocolate. The combination of salty and sweet is addicting!

2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 packages (12 ounce size) milk chocolate chips
1 package (7 ounce size) rippled potato chips
Combine the oil and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 5 minutes (or longer), stirring every minute until the chocolate melts and the sauce is smooth.
Dip the potato chips into the chocolate, coating completely or leaving one end uncoated. Let any excess chocolate drip off. Place the coated potato chips on waxed paper to set.
When the chocolate is set, store the chips in an airtight container.

The chips were hard to coat evenly in the chocolate sauce. It went on very thick. These won't keep long or they will get soggy (not that you'll really have them sitting round uneaten for long!) so make them the day you need them. I'm curious to try them with a darker chocolate.
