ingredients

1 package leek soup mix
1 bunch fresh spinach, minced
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 round crusty bread

directions

Hollow-out bread, reserve the inside.

Mix together soup mix, spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic and green onions. Pour into hollowed-out bread.

Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serve with reserved inside of bread, cubed.
