ingredients
1 package dry guacamole dip mix
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 large tomato, finely chopped
directions
Combine the dip mix and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. With a mixer on medium-low speed, beat together the ingredients until well mixed.
Squeeze as much liquid as possible from the thawed spinach. Stir into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.
Fold in the chopped tomato.
Serve with tortilla chips. Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before serving.
