Slow Cooker Velveeta Cheese And Spinach Dip

ingredients
8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, cut in cubes
1/2 cup half and half
1 package (10 ounce size) chopped frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco hot sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Grease a 3-quart crock pot.
Combine the Velveeta, cheddar, cream cheese, half and half, spinach, onion, hot sauce, and black pepper in the crock pot. Stir gently to mix.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 1 hour. Stir well to mix the cheeses which should be starting to melt at this point.
Continue to cook on low heat for 1-2 more hours or until the cheeses are fully melted. Serve the dip warm (from the crock pot or chafing dish) or at room temperature.
