2 tablespoons Jell-0 Gelatin (any flavor)
1 1/3 cup flake coconut
directions
Measure Jell-0 Gelatin right from package and combine with coconut in a 1-quart jar.
Cover and shake vigorously until coconut is evenly tinted, about 1 minute.
Notes: Use on frostings, cookies, puddings and other desserts.

I needed to tint some coconut and figured I'd have to use food coloring. Found this recipe and it worked great plus it adds a little flavor to the coconut. I'll use this again for sure.
