1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup cubed papaya
1/2 cup cubed nectarine
1/2 cup cubed mango
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
directions
Combine the cooked pasta, raisins, papaya, nectarine, mango, and basil in a bowl. Drizzle with the seasoned rice vinegar and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately or chill, covered, in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
