  1. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

Good base recipe to start with but as others stated, it may be a bit bland for some. I added some onion and some dried cranberries for a kick of sweet! Turned out SOOO good, will definitely make it again!

  4. Pwilli REVIEW:

I first ate this at a restaurant in Gatlingburg, Tenn. many years ago and always wanted to know how to make it. I added 3 TBs. vinegar, instead of just 1, as it was a little bland. The first day it was good. The second day, it was better. The third day it was outstanding!! I suggust you "marinate" this for at least three days. Not sure how it would have been on the 4th day as I had to fight my huband and his friends for a taste of it!

  5. Pony Lady REVIEW:

We loved it. A perfect fresh tasting salad, quick and easy to prepare. Ready right now!

  6. joanne24 REVIEW:

It was ok, a little bland for me. It could use a little spicing up, onions pepper etc.

  7. Arliss REVIEW:

a really good recipe! I was looking for a different way to make cucumber salad as we all love them and grow them in our garden

  8. Brooke REVIEW:

I addded everything but the sugar. Thought the recipe was "okay," but a bit too runny. I think I'll try to go for a dressing that's a bit thicker in texture next time.

    • Probably depends on the size cucumber you used as to how runny the dressing would be?

  9. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

    quick, easy and great tasting
