1 cup salt
3 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons dried parsley
4 tablespoons cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons chili powder
Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 months.

I agree with the other reviews, this is a great mix! Just the right blend of spices and heat. Going to try it again with smoked paprika and ground chipotle powder in stead of the cayenne

We made this mix, oiled up a couple of catfish fillets, and used it as a rub before grilling them. Although pretty spicy (as you would expect reviewing the ingredients) it was a wonderful rub. (The wife said "This is great" THREE times during dinner.) My compliments to the originator, whoever you may be...

This is as good as any store bought premixed Cajun spices I've ever used. I won't buy another one.
