Hot Crab Salad

ingredients
1 pound flaked crab meat
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup minced green bell pepper
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup fine soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
directions
Combine crab, celery, green pepper, eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Worcestershire.
Turn into buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with crumbs mixed with butter. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes.

This is delicious as a hot salad or as a dip! Just serve it with some toasted pita or baguette slices! Awesome recipe!

I was served this dish at a luncheon recently and it was delicious. I would not hesitate to make this for anyone. She used light mayonnaise and it was still very good.
