Crab & Egg Salad

ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise (more if you need)
1/2 cup finely diced celery
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion tops
3 pounds imitation crab, chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Combine the mayonnaise, celery, and green onions in a bowl. Mix well.
Gently mix in the crab and hard-boiled eggs. Season to taste with the salt and pepper.
Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Serve as a spread on crackers or serve on soft buns as a sandwich filling.
