1/3 cup coarse-grain sea salt
1/3 cup coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 cup ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 cup dried dill
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon crushed celery seed
directions
Combine the salt, black pepper, cayenne, dried dill, paprika, basil, and celery seeds until mixed. Store in an airtight container. Use as desired as a spicy seasoning, dry rub, or anywhere you want an extra splash of flavor.
