ingredients
8 chicken thighs
OR
4 chicken breast halves
vegetable oil or nonstick spray
1 package dry spaghetti sauce mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup white wine
directions
Remove all fat from chicken. Oil or spray baking dish. Arrange chicken in bottom, sprinkle spaghetti sauce mix over top, then spread soup over top. Add wine.
Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 1 hour. Serve over hot rice or noodle.
Option: This is a good recipe to put in the slow cooker and leave all day.
