Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

Green tomato raspberry jam calls for 2cips of sugar. If I replace it with Stevia, how much should I use?
Since the sugar in the recipe is really just for flavor, you should be able to just add the stevia "to taste" to get the right level of sweetness. Unless someone has already tried substituting it, you probably won't get a definitive answer without experimenting a little. If you do try it, please report back on what amount worked as I'm sure others would love to see your answer!
