Slow Cooker Peachy Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1/2 cup peach preserves
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
directions
Put chicken in slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine peach preserves, water and dried basil, then pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 5-7 hours or HIGH 2 1/2 -3 1/2 hours or until thoroughly cooked through.
Before serving, stir chicken and sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
