1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
5 pounds chicken thighs
2 cups cornflakes

directions

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic salt, and pepper. Coat chicken with mayonnaise mixture, then roll in crumbs.

Place chicken, skin side up, on a rack in a large baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until done.
