Slow Cooker Chicken And Vegetable Bake

ingredients
8 boneless chicken thighs
salt and pepper, as desired
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans whole potatoes, drained
1 can (10 ounce size) sliced water chestnuts
1 bottle (12 ounce size) Italian salad dressing
directions
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and place in the bottom of the crock pot.
Sprinkle the frozen vegetables, potatoes, and water chestnuts around the chicken. Evenly drizzle the salad dressing over everything.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the chicken thighs with the vegetables.

this was so easy to make and throw together! my sister-n-law and i really enjoyed the flavor of this dish. the only reason why i gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was because my children weren't big fans of the flavor.
