1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the chicken in an even layer in a baking dish.
In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, basil, and cornstarch until blended. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
In another bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs and cheese. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
