Pink's Hot Dogs have been around since 1939 and one of their most famous menu items is the Guadalajara dog. A simple beef hot dog topped with the right blend of ingredients for a perfect dog.

ingredients
1 soft hot dog bun, sliced lengthwise
1 all-beef hot dog
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons sweet relish
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon diced onions
2 tablespoons sour cream
directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Wrap the hot dog bun and hot dog in separate pieces of foil. Place the hot dog in the oven and heat for 10 minutes. Add the wrapped bun to the oven and heat for 5-10 additional minutes or until both are heated.
Remove the hot dog and bun from the oven and remove the foil.
Spread the mustard on the cut sides of the bun. Place the hot dog in the bun and top with the relish, tomatoes, onions, and sour cream.
Serve immediately.
