1 1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons grated or chopped fresh ginger
8 chicken legs or thighs
directions
Combine salsa, honey, soy sauce and ginger in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Place chicken in shallow baking dish and brush with sauce mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.
Serve warm or chilled with additional salsa.
