ingredients
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1 chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 jar process cheese sauce
1 small package frozen broccoli
1 cup rice
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
directions
In a bowl mix together the margarine, onion, mushroom soup, broth and cheese. Blend in the broccoli, rice and chicken.
Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
