The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

Forget those active cabbage roll recipes, lazy is the way to go. Slow-cooking cabbage leaves stuffed with spanish rice and ground beef gives you plenty of time to do something other than cooking.

6 large cabbage leaves
1 package (5 ounce size) Spanish rice, prepared according to package directions
1 pound ground beef
8 ounces spaghetti sauce
Boil cabbage leaves until limp. Combine combine rice and ground beef. Divide into equal portions.
Place each portion into a cabbage leaf, fold in sides and roll over. Place in bundles in crockpot. Pour spaghetti sauce over cabbage rolls.
Cover and cook on LOW 4-5 hours.
