Red Enchilada Sauce

ingredients
4 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic ,crushed
2 cups hot water
2/3 cup tomato sauce
directions
Brown the flour in a large frying pan. Add the spices, then the oil. Heat and stir to avoid lumps.
When smooth, slowly add the water and tomato sauce stirring all the time. When all is smooth, simmer until thick Add your own hot peppers to your taste.
