ingredients
1/2 package (16 ounce size) rotini
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 dash black pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 can (15 ounce size) red kidney beans
1 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
directions
Cook the rotini according to package directions.
Saute the ground beef and onion together. Drain off excess fat, add salt, chili powder and pepper. Mix well. Add soup, water, rotini, kidney beans and half of the cheese. Mix well.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
