ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef (substitute ground turkey, if desired)
1 can (14.5 ounce size) stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 cup water
1 box (10 ounce size) frozen sweet kernel corn
4 ounces wagon wheel pasta
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
directions
In large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until well browned. Add tomatoes, water, corn, pasta and barbecue sauce; heat to boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with corn bread or corn muffins or spinach quesadillas.
