Spinach Cilantro Omelet

ingredients
1/2 package (10 ounce size) frozen spinach, cooked and drained well
4 ounces cream cheese, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
10 large eggs
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease individual baking dishes or ramekins. Combine all ingredients and divide between dishes.
Bake 20 minutes or until center is solid and puffy.
