I have a sandwich maker with 4 triangles (2 each side). My son and I make omelets in it all the time.
I spray the sandwich maker with non-stick spray, pour in half an egg into each triangle and add whatever ingredients I feel like. 3 minutes later I have a great omelet ready for the road!

Thank YOU!!!! I was looking for an easy and light machine to take to my classroom. My sandwich maker was perfect. We made green eggs for Dr. Seuss's birthday. The portions were perfect. I just cut the big triangle in half and 6 kid size bites in less than 3 minutes :)
